Randy began his career in the executive search profession in 1979 after graduating from Wofford College. For over 30 years, Randy has recruited exclusively in the global apparel and textile industry. In 1993, Randy moved to Miami and opened an office for Chesson-Walley Associates. There he built the firm's client base in Latin America and conducted searches for numerous leading industry companies. Randy has a passion for helping companies find the talent required to be successful in today's global market. He also enjoys his role advising and counseling business leaders and candidates alike.
Susan joined Randy Walley Associates as a Senior Recruiter for Latin America in 1998. She began her career as a Community Affairs Manager with Burger King's corporate headquarters in Miami. There she launched several successful national volunteer, diversity, and community outreach programs. Previously, she had her own public relations corporate practice. Susan is fluent in English, Spanish, and Filipino.
Gary has over 30 years experience in the search profession. Since 1981, he has focused on the apparel, textile, home fashions, and furniture industries. In addition to managing his own search firm, he has played major roles in three other executive search firms. His assignments include international searches for positions located in Asia, Latin America, and North America.
Claire joined Legacy Executive Search Group as Marketing Director in 2014. From 2006-2014, Claire worked as a teacher and educator in North Carolina and Virginia. She also spent a year living in Managua, Nicaragua helping start up a private school for children at the lowest end of the economic spectrum. She is passionate about integrity in the workplace and enjoys building relationships with new clients in the apparel and textile industry. Claire is fluent in Spanish.
Mitch joined Legacy Executive Search Group at the beginning of 2011 in a digital and social media consulting capacity. He brings both experience and passion for online media as well as his natural ability to connect people to their strengths and abilities. He now focuses his attention on recruiting digital and social media, e-commerce, and marketing professionals for apparel, sewn products, and footwear companies. Before joining, LESG Mitch founded and led an award-winning digital media training and consulting firm. Previously his career encompassed sales management and leadership positions in both public and private sector organizations.
